Dr. Michael Laraway
Doctor of Dental Surgery
Hello, my name is Michael Laraway. I grew up in Michigan but made it to Texas as soon as I could! My family and I have lived in Montgomery County since 2010. My wife, Asha, and I have three adult daughters—Anya, Emma, and Gena. We also have a bunch of dogs and are adoptive parents to any stray animals that show up in our yard.
Why Dentistry
I was introduced to dentistry at a young age by my father, who was also a dentist. We had the pleasure of practicing together for seven years before he retired. It was during this time that I first encountered dental implants and realized the life-changing impact they can have on patients. Over the years, I’ve dedicated myself to continuing education to stay current with the latest advancements in implant treatment.

Erica BS,RDH,OMT
Dental Hygienist
Hi, my name is Erica . I am a dental hygienist and a myofunctional therapist. I am originally from central Wisconsin and my husband and I moved to Texas in 2019 for the warmer weather! Our daughter Emelia was born in Texas in 2022. We also have a mini golden doodle Jackson, and a kitty named Leo. We love spending our weekends on Lake Conroe boating and swimming.
I have loved dentistry from them time I was 3 years old and my favorite toy was a toothbrush. I love being a dental hygienist but am always looking to expand my knowledge to provide the most for my patients. Becoming a myofunctional therapist, I have experienced how life changing of an effect it can have. Previously I was a terrible sleeper; I would toss and turn, wake throughout the night feeling not well rested each day. Myofunctional therapy for me has allowed me sleep throughout the night without waking or moving. This and so many other benefits is why I’ve become so passionate about this field.

Quality patient care is very important to her and being sure patients receive great care while with her is one of her top priorities. She enjoys working as a Dental Hygienist to help patients achieve a healthy smile- while getting to know each patient and grow with them and their families through their oral health journey.
Nikki has 4 elementary aged kids that keep her very busy outside of work. When she is not cheering on her kids at their sporting events, she enjoys watching the Houston Texans and taking road trips with her family!
